Squadron may be VP(AM)-3. Two crewmen are relaxing on the 50-caliber in the waist blister, and the flight engineer is looking at the camera through the tower window; the pilot seems to be talking on the mike. Note the JATO equipment behind the aft wing strut.

The red bar in the insignia indicates the photo was taken after 1947-Jan. Also, the code "EB" was in use by VP-33 around that time.
