This is a difficult card. It has been erased and re-written, and starts right off with errors.
"V-12" probably means "VP-12" and "V-11" probably means "VP-11", both serviced by tender (aircraft carrier?) USS Langley.
The next line definitely says "Coco Solo" (somewhat obscured by letters from "Wright" on the line below) which means that the squadron is probably VP-2 (VP-2F, at the time).
Skipping two lines, the next entry looks like "VP-18" or "VP-13". Happily, both are the same squadron. "VP-18" was the correct designation for this date.
The next line appears to say "Consolidated".
